Provide counsel on issues of; succession planning, executive coach/third opinion and management development. Sourced, researched, recruited, developed, evaluated, interviewed, negotiated compensation packages, debriefed, counseled, managed short list candidates to offer acceptance and on-boarded into start date and for win:win outcomes for both clients and candidates.
