Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment
As Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment, I support Hilton Worldwide’s corporate functions responsible for providing strategic direction on enterprise wide talent recruitment initiatives, building strategic relationships with HR partners and business clients, and personally delivering on operational recruitment activities. I support sourcing and recruitment strategies in Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT and Marketing. Additionally, I am responsible for the recruitment and selection of Senior Level Executives (Sr. Directors, VP, SVP and EVP) for Hilton Worldwide Corporate. I leverage relationships with enterprise HR teams, industry organizations, internal peer organizations, and key external stakeholders to maximize effective outreach to continuously explore best practices for Hilton’s talent needs.

As Talent Acquisition Manager for Pentair’s Water Quality Systems, I was hired to create, lead and drive the vision, strategy and execution surrounding a Talent Acquisition function accountable for staffing 4 Platforms. Managing a growing team of elite Talent Acquisition Professionals, I have strategically aligned our TAM teams to handle Professional hiring across all business functions. This includes leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and cultivating a pipeline of quality talent to meet the company’s goals and objectives. This role builds, maintains and communicates processes, policies and tools that support quality assessment and enable productive and efficient hiring practices. As Talent Acquisition Manager, I set the tone in creating a candidate experience that reflects Pentair’s values and ensures a seamless assimilation into the organization. In addition, this role plays a key strategic role on the Human Resources team, ensuring the business strategy is accelerated through the caliber of talent at Pentair.
I collaborated with our corporate team to provide feedback on HRIS systems and processes for the company. This included developing and implementing processes, reviewing ATS systems and recruitment tools. Another key mission centered on building an employment brand to relay Pentair’s unique culture as an employer of choice and develop continued efforts for diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
